We are located right along the waterfront, in a picturesque lagoon Sovlja in township of Tribunj in Šibenik area, just 3 km north of Vodice and 15 km from Šibenik. Local beach is situated in front of the house, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. The Vila features two spacious apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor each having a large terrace. The apartments are outfitted in the Mediterranean style with lots of interesting local details. The yard, in the shade of trees, features a grill at your disposal as well as one covered parking space per apartment. Small boat mooring is only a few steps away from the house. The nearest food stores are within 10 min easy walk, plus an open farmer market featuring domestic vegetables, fruit products and daily fresh fish. Big retail centers are located in Vodice, 3 km away. |
